Shipping within Australia

LOW FREQUENCY currently ships to Australian addresses only. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Shipping cost

Our current Australian Express shipping rate is $15.00 AUD per order. The available service and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

The Express service currently displays an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote destinations, carrier delays and public holidays can affect delivery. Transit time does not include the time needed to prepare your order.

You will receive order confirmation after placing your order and shipping information when your order is dispatched. If you need delivery by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, use our contact form as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your delivery is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
