These terms apply to purchases from the LOW FREQUENCY online store. Please read them with our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout before you place your order. Product availability can change. Screen settings may affect the appearance of product colours.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. You will receive confirmation after placing your order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute products or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

We currently ship within Australia. Delivery estimates and charges are explained in our shipping policy. Our return policy includes 30-day change-of-mind returns for eligible items and explains remedies for faulty or incorrect goods. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply independently of our voluntary change-of-mind return policy.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or misuse other people’s information. LOW FREQUENCY branding and original website content must not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
